Urgent Exit and Entry Application

Here's a gentle reminder from the Bureau of Exit-Entry Administration Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau regarding the urgent application of exit and entry documents.

To All Chinese and Foreign applicants:

In order to ensure the service of Exit-Entry documents are still made available to those with urgent needs during the epidemic, the Bureau of Exit-Entry Administration Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau would like to remind you of the following steps:

1. Please strictly adhere to the epidemic prevention regulations of this city. For those who need to leave China for urgent matters, such as preparation for new school term, visitation of critically ill patients, funerals, and participation in major epidemic prevention and control projects, the bureau will provide a green channel for you to apply for related documents.2. Individuals who needs to apply, please dial hotline 12367 for consultation services. The bureau staff will first verify your situation and will assist you with appointment scheduling once the initial query has been approved.

3. If you have successfully made an appointment, please be reminded to bring all relevant documents and materials. Upon entering the service hall (No. 1500 Minsheng Road, Pudong New District), please wear your mask for personal protection, provide your health code, travel code and a negative nucleic acid test result within 24 hours of validity, and you will be asked to cooperate with the on-site staff to have your temperature taken.
